Our rapid response natural disaster recovery team has been created under the SBA approved guidelines for the Mentor/Protégée Joint Venture program.

Jamon Organization (the Mentor) was founded in 1977 as a real estate investment and development company specializing in multifamily housing, office, retail and self-storage centers. We have offices in Charlotte NC, Myrtle Beach SC, Knoxville TN, Jacksonville FL and Charleston WV.

In 2005 driven by the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina and Rita we teamed up with small business owners who have exceptional hands-on skills in the field of hauling and installing temporary housing (mobile homes and park model homes); large scale debris removal, excavation and site work, blue tarp roof installers and general construction projects.

We are committed to working with Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Owners (SDVOSB), SBA 8(a) minority owned companies, HUBZone companies and women owned small businesses.

Working together we possess the resources to mobilize and deploy on short notice work cadres of craftsmen from every construction discipline to provide turnkey, value-added, cost-efficient, safety-driven, highly talented small business owners with the goal of becoming and staying the premiere rapid response natural disaster recovery teams in the USA.

Our Joint Venture Partners are pleased to submit this overview detailing our core business disciplines along with bank, trade and professional references.
