Teaming to WIN is more than a slogan
It is a discipline and the commitment
that we operate by every day…on every job
In the aftermath of a natural disaster the rapid response of our mobilization
and deployment effort is second to none. We team up with small to medium size
businesses who have the ability to mobilize and deploy on short notice skilled craftsmen
from every construction trade – including crews to haul and install travel trailers, park
models and mobile homes, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, HVAC installers.
Large Scale Debris Removal and Excavation/Site Work
Our Rapid Response Team has the resources to mobilize and deploy
experienced and skilled crews and rolling stock within 24-hours of contract awarding.
We own our own equipment, including trucks, portable crushers and drum grinders. We
maintain a database of large scale debris removal subcontractor who can mobilize
deploy to the affected area within 24-hours.
Our Record Keeping is Second to None
Our experienced administrative personnel works with on-site bookkeeping staff to
insure that all task orders along with statutory and regulatory paperwork is tracked and
moved flawlessly from the field, to the office, to the point of invoicing the work.
Our Rapid Response Mobile Offices are equipped with desks, files, computers,
printers, fax & copy machines, and telephones. Every office is equipped with high
speed internet and E-mail service. Every QC and project managers carry Blackberry
PDA, with real time E-mail and internet service and each carry a portable GPS.
Financial Resources and Trade Credit
Our financial resources, bank lines of credit and trade credit is sufficient to pay
our workforce on time – every time and pay for material purchases when due, even
when our employer is late in paying us. During Katrina many of the prime contractors
were taking more than 100 days to pay invoices even after the invoices were approved
for payment. Please take time to contact our references as you see fit.
Safety & Health is Priority One
Because we care and are deeply committed to the safety and health of our
workforce and the community at large, we adhere to strict safety programs that comply
with all Local, State and Federal safety laws, codes and guidelines.
Substance Abuse Policy
We maintain a tough non-negotiable “no second chance” zero tolerance
substance abuse policy. Our entire workforce, including direct hires and subcontractors
are required to submit to a pre-employment drug test and must agree to random alcohol
and drug testing throughout the time they are in our employee.
